Growing Conditions

Bud burst occurred on par with the past couple of seasons and was relatively even, high moisture levels meant there were no significant frost events. Early growth of the vines was excellent to fuel good even and balanced growth. With favourable weather conditions during ripening the whites showing strong varietal characters, and high crisp natural acidity.

Nose

Lifted stone fruit on the nose.

Palate

Soft flavor of white peach, zesty citrus notes on the palate with a crisp finish.

Appearance

Light straw in colour with a green tinge.

Food Pairing

Chardonnay Single Vineyard pairs best with bright and clean flavoured dishes such as Oysters, Goat Cheese, Cauliflower Soup, Smoked Trout, Pork Tenderloin, white fish and Sushi

Aging

Wild ferment, matured in new & seasoned French Oak barrels.
