Growing Conditions

In 2018, good winter rainfall and a warm October led to strong canopy growth
and good fruit set. A frost event in November was a little scary and reduced yields in some areas. Warm and dry January/February weather enabled the fruit to intensify in flavour whilst retaining wonderfully fresh, natural acidity.
