Family Selection Shiraz
Good winter rainfall meant near full soil moisture profiles at budburst. Moderate rain during early spring encouraged good shoot growth, with a quick and even flowering resulting in excellent fruit set. Mild & dry conditions, without any significant extremes continued throughout the growing season. Production levels were excellent, above long term averages and the mild & slow ripening conditions enabled strong varietal character to develop. Vintage was dry and the weather stable so fruit was harvested, at optimal flavour development and high natural acidity. A "goldilocks" vintage.
Family Selection Cabernet Sauvignon
Only the very best makes it into our Family Selection range. Matured in premium oak barrels. Black fruits, chocolate and dried herbs. Wonderful palate with saturated flavours. Dense, yet balanced with fine tannins and a long, lingering finish. Will only get better with time.
Single Vineyard Shiraz
A velvety palate of rich black fruit, chocolate, freshly ground spices with hints of leather. Finishing impressively long and silky.
NV Sparkling Shiraz
With a bright purple foam and a fine bead this wine is light in style and refreshing. Lush berry fruit with Christmas cake spice and some oak complexity.
Single Vineyard Pinot Gris
Rounded and fleshy palate of apple and pear. Bright acidity with a dry finish.
Family Selection Chardonnay
Medium gold, stone fruit and citrus blossom. The oak treatment has given it roasted and toasty characters. White peach and citrus with a hint of brioche, good weight and mouthfeel. An elegant wine. Vegan Friendly.
Single Vineyard Rosé
Picked as a Rosé to achieve the ideal balance of sweetness, acidity and flavour resulting in an enticing contemporary style. Savoury and spice aromas with a crunchy taste of red currants and refreshing watermelon candy.
Single Vineyard Chardonnay
Fine zesty structure with Chardonnay flavours of peach and melon. Just a hint of oak supporting the fruit, a lovely crisp acidity to finish.
Lanacoona of Wrattonbully Cabernet Shiraz
Bright and fragrant, showing blackcurrant, dried herb, clove and roasted nut characters, followed by a succulent palate offering lovely weight and roundness. Well framed by silky texture and chalky tannins, making it harmonious and lingering with delectable flavours.
